Imagine you are a candle. You take a match and light yourself.
You are burning and warm. Now you are hot, but to you,
it's comfortable, being that hot.
Imagine this as long as you can and when you forget,
light your candle again."
I offer guided, visual meditations, designed to whisk the listener far away into the land of the dreamtime and into second attention. And in this place of non-being, the participant can begin to know themselves within a kind and supportive environment. While there, the opportunity exists to shift one's consciousness or even one's point of view. Whatever the outcome, a visceral experience awaits a relaxed and ready listener.
For Stress....
Start with 3 breaths.
In through the nose and out the mouth.
For a slow count of three,
breathe in.... 1... 2... 3....
Now out, 1... 2... 3...
Repeat this short but effective exercise whenever you feel off center.
You will quickly feel more yourself...
When you feel proficient...
Try increasing to include 9 breaths.
